Dawson High releases 2012 football schedule

Dawson starts its 2012 football season at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 7, at home against Montgomery.

The Eagles follow with a 7 p.m. road game on Friday, Sept. 14 at Westbury, before returning home at 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 21 against Clear Falls. The first half finishes up with a 7 p.m. road contest on Friday, Sept. 28 at Santa Fe, and a 7 p.m. home game with Texas City on Friday, Oct. 5.

The second half opens with a 7 p.m. road matchup on Friday, Oct. 12 at Goose Creek Memorial, followed by a 7 p.m. game on Friday, Oct. 19 at Lee. Dawson returns home for a 7 p.m. meeting on Friday, Oct. 26 against Friendswood, before finishing its road slate at 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 2 at Ball. The regular season concludes at home with a 7 p.m. start on Friday, Nov. 9 vs. Galena Park.
